Mixed Up Mario Bros

Mario! Thank you for saving me, but the princess, you know the drill. Mixed Up Mario Bros. is a version of the popular Super Mario One game, where everything is not what it seems.

Enemies look different from the usual cheeseburger looking goombas and flying Koopa Troopa, and you will be in for a surprise. Move through different worlds and levels, focusing on the time limit. Every end of the level requires you to touch the flag, and the higher the flag is, the bigger your chance of getting another life. Collect coins by punching through squares with question marks on them or just breaking every brick that you see. Life and coins still show up on top of the screen. A side-scrolling masterpiece, old fans of the series would feel right at home with this game. Mixed Up Mario Bros does not come without surprises. Instead of getting the usual power-ups, flowers, mushrooms, and stars. You will get food-themed power-ups instead. Want to make Mario Bigger? Get that banana, want to shoot fireballs? Get that weird-looking pastry and make Mario the master of projectiles, looking for invisibility? Then that bouncing cake might be the thing for you. Crush Bowser’s evil plans and save the day. Our little plumber might feel out of place, but everything feels right at home! A spicy meatball!
