1. Who we are

Arcade Spot (“Arcade Spot”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a website operated by ArcadeSpot LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States. You can reach us through our contact form.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using arcadespot.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

3. Eligibility and age requirements

General use. The site is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, you may use Arcade Spot only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, and you should not submit any personal information to us.

Casino and slots games. Our casino category — including roulette, baccarat, poker, blackjack and slots — is intended for users aged 18 and over. These games are free and played entirely with play-money credits; see section 6 and our Responsible Gaming page.

4. Your licence to use the site

Arcade Spot is free to use. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the site and play the games on it, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, embed, frame, mirror or resell any part of the site or its games elsewhere; extract or scrape our content, database or catalog by any automated means; or use our content to train machine-learning models, in each case without our prior written permission.

5. The games

The games on Arcade Spot come from three places: titles licensed from third-party distributors, titles submitted by their developers, and titles hosted by us. The large majority are the intellectual property of third parties. We do not claim ownership of them, and playing a game here gives you no rights in it beyond playing it on this site.

Games are provided on an “as available” basis. Third-party games may be changed, withdrawn or broken by their owners at any time, and we may add, alter or remove any game without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular game will remain on the site or will work on your device or browser.

Some games are delivered through emulation or third-party embeds and may include the third party’s own advertising, analytics or terms. Your use of those games may also be subject to that third party’s terms.

Rights holders: if you own rights in a game published here and want it removed or corrected, see section 10. We act on those requests promptly and do not require you to go to court first.

6. Casino and slots games — no real-money gambling

To be unambiguous:

  • Our casino and slots games are free. There is nothing to buy on Arcade Spot — no deposits, no coin packages, no premium currency, no paid advantages.
  • Play uses play-money credits with no cash value. Credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred, redeemed or exchanged for money, goods or anything else, on this site or elsewhere.
  • Arcade Spot is not a casino, is not licensed as a gambling operator, and does not accept, place or facilitate wagers.

Success in a play-money game means nothing about real gambling, where the odds favour the operator. Please read our Responsible Gaming page, which also lists free, confidential support services.

7. Acceptable use

When using Arcade Spot, you agree not to:

  • break any applicable law, or use the site for any unlawful purpose;
  • upload, post or transmit anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or harmful to minors;
  • impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation;
  • upload or link to malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any user’s data;
  • interfere with the site’s operation, including by denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, or circumventing rate limits or security measures;
  • scrape, harvest or systematically download our content, catalog or media library;
  • remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or attribution notice;
  • use the site to advertise, spam or solicit, including promoting gambling or other sites in comments.

We may suspend or block access to anyone who breaches this section, without notice.

8. Comments, ratings and other things you submit

You may be able to post comments, rate games or submit feedback (“User Content”). You remain responsible for your User Content and you confirm you have the right to post it.

By posting User Content you grant ArcadeSpot LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, display, adapt and publish it on the site and in connection with promoting the site. You are not paid for this.

We may moderate, edit or remove User Content — for spam, abuse, personal information, illegal material, or links to pirated or malicious content. We are not obliged to monitor User Content, and its presence on the site is not our endorsement of it. Player ratings reflect users’ opinions and are kept separate from our editorial ratings; see How We Rate.

9. Intellectual property

The Arcade Spot name, logo, site design, editorial text, reviews and ratings are owned by ArcadeSpot LLC or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may quote short extracts of our editorial content with clear attribution and a link. You may not republish it in full.

Games, game titles, artwork, characters and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on Arcade Spot does not imply any endorsement of, or affiliation with, Arcade Spot by those owners.

10. Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to properly made complaints.

If you believe material on Arcade Spot infringes your copyright, send a notice to via our contact form. We will act on valid notices promptly, and we will remove material where the complaint is well-founded. Repeat infringers are terminated.

11. Advertising and third-party links

Arcade Spot is funded by advertising and by revenue share from the distributors whose games we license. Ads may be served by third parties who set their own cookies; see our Privacy Policy and, where relevant, our Affiliate Disclosure.

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

12. Availability and changes to the site

We aim to keep Arcade Spot available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the site for maintenance, technical or business reasons, without notice and without liability.

13. Disclaimers

The site and the games are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the site or any game will be error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. Our editorial ratings and reviews are opinions, not statements of fact.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArcadeSpot LLC, its officers, members, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or connected with your use of the site — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArcadeSpot LLC and its officers, members, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your User Content, or your breach of these terms or of any law or third-party right.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you may have additional rights under local law that these terms do not affect, including the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its “last updated” date. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continuing to use Arcade Spot after a change means you accept the updated terms.

18. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Affiliate Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site.
