Sonic Boom is a ROM hack and game mod of the popular SEGA title called Sonic 2. Created by snkenjoi and iojnekns, along with contributions from various players and people, this game was awarded several Grand Prizes on the different categories during the Seventh Annual Hacking Contest for the Sonic game. In this game, Sonic can perform a wide variety of skills, some costing 5 rings to perform. The added skills include Flying Kick, Double Jump, Diagonal Dash, Downward Dive, and Air Roll.
