The Little Mermaid is a single player side-scrolling action game released back in 1991 for the Nintendo Entertainment system (NES), and was based on the hit Disney animated film of the same name. The game begins underwater where Ariel has the ability to trap her foes using bubbles and dig through the sand to find treasures. Ariel can also collect icons scattered through the levels to help her restore her health. Save the ocean from the evil witch and use your awesome mermaid powers! Have fun!
