Real MTB Downhill 3D is a cool mountain bike riding simulation game with a realistic first-person perspective, bike controls, and real-life mechanics like stamina, breathing, gravity, and physics. The game features a total of five tracks, and your goal is to finish each track before the timer runs out. 

There are multiple things to look out for while playing, and one of them is your stamina. Located at the upper right corner of the screen, the lungs icon represent the player's stamina. Pedalling forward will cause your stamina to go lower, while resting will help it regenerate slowly. If you run out of breath while pedalling, you won't be able to control your bicycle and you won't be able to pedal anymore. Drinking an energy drink will replenish your stamina quickly.
