Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: City Showdown is a turn-based strategy fighting role-playing game featuring Nickelodeon's version of TMNT. In this game, your goal is to patrol the entirety of Manhattan City, and completely eliminate every single bad guy and their leader. The city is divided into three parts; upper and lower Manhattan, and Midtown. You may jump between the districts at any given time. 

This game reintroduces the beloved TMNT characters and gave them an extra oomph in their personality. All four characters are playable and each one features a unique strength. The characters are:

• Raph, the Snapping Turtle - The biggest turtle of the four. Uses Tonfas as weapons an
• Leo, the Red-Eared Slider - Uses his wits and quick reflexes to get the job done. Wields an Odachi Sword.
• Donnie, the Softshell Turtle - A genius tech wizard that uses his Tech-Bo Staff and lots of cool gadgets.
• Mikey, the Box Turtle - The wackiest, funniest, and wildest of the bunch. Uses the Kusari Fundo.
