Madness: Sheriff’s Compound is a first-person shooter featuring challenging gameplay that demands quick reflexes, sharp strategy, and resourceful thinking to survive. The game will start you off inside the elevator with nothing but a handgun a little bit more than a dozen bullets. Your goal is to assault the entire structure and lay waste to the entire organization by eliminating the head. The compound is guarded by many armed guards and a few brave soldiers. There are also a bunch of non-combatants that will either surrender or hide, and it's up to you whether you want to spare them or not.

You will have limited ammunition, but you can find more by defeating some of the guards. Try not to miss the baseball bat in the first room as it can be your most efficient melee weapon.

Pro Tip: Getting hit or shot consecutively without pause will kill your character. However, having a few seconds of cover will regenerate your health. It's best to limit your exposure by shooting and taking cover at the doorways rather than rushing inside a new room.
