Get behind the wheels of an armed Jeep and rescue the scattered prisoners of war by driving behind enemy territory in this old school shoot’em up game – Jackal. Maneuver across rough terrain filled with enemies and booby traps to rescue your POW comrades.
Jackal (also called Special Forces Jackal) is a classic overhead run and gun shoot ’em up game that was released back in 1986 for the Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES). In this game, you will take control of a military Jeep armed with a heavy machinegun, and your goal is to go deep inside enemy lines to rescue your captured comrades. Some prisoners you rescue will give you powerups or ammunition to keep the fight going. Rescue the prisoners before they get airlifted out of the battlefield.
