Wing Commander is a Sci-Fi action-packed space fighting cockpit simulation video game originally released back in 1990 but was later ported to the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) back in 1992. The game was noted for being innovative and features a first-person cockpit view simulation of space combat and dogfighting, close to the level of the Star Wars films at the time. The game is set in the year 2654 where the Terran Confederation and the feline warrior race Kilrathi is in the middle of a large-scale war.
