Zombie Highway Rampage is a zombie-shooting, truck-driving, top-down vertical distance game where you must avoid incoming obstacles and shoot down all zombies to go as far as your wheels take you. Avoid incoming obstacles such as boulders, destroyed cars, land mines, and other hazardous materials. Use your mounted guns to destroy the obstacles with bullets or slay the zombies that dare block your path. Run over the zombies and earn coins as you go.

Use the coins gathered to purchase different anti-zombie vehicles such as a modified police car, an armored tank, the Destractor, and the Apocalypse. Each car has its own characteristics. The police car "Cruiser" is faster, the Destractor holds the most bullets, and the I.F.V. has a useful shield that can protect the vehicle from all kinds of damage for 5 seconds. However, no vehicle can compare to the ultimate modified Bulldozer truck "Apocalypse"!
