In Words Detective: Bank Heist, each part of the story is hidden by a puzzle. To reveal the story, you must find out the secret keyword. Pick the letters to create a word that fits on the blank boxes. Once a word is created, the game will check the letters used and their positions. If the letter turns green, then that letter is in the right place of the secret keyword, if it turns blue, then the letter is used in the keyword but isn't in the right place. Otherwise, the letters will turn white if they aren't used at all. Unused letters will be grayed out from the selection.

The keyword will always be related to the event and to what happens next, so it is easier to predict the word if you follow the story. If you can't figure out the puzzle, you can always press the "Hint" button which will automatically place one letter in the correct place.
