Traffic Run simulates the usual morning commute that we all go through day in day out. Top-down, in the middle of an intersection. The game lets you control the flow of everyone’s commute, set in lush countryside with no pedestrian in sight. Let the cars pass through safely with a simple click of the mouse. It starts seemingly easy enough, four lanes and minimal vehicles move, and all looks fine. Suddenly cars begin flowing on each part of the thoroughfare, and it is up to you to stop chaos from happening. Send cars moving or stop other cars from occupying the same space. Vehicles include sedans, big trucks, and even motorcycles. The game challenges your spatial and hand and eye coordination. An even bigger challenge? A bright, yellow helicopter covers your view, which adds a little more novelty to the game. Music is catchy; everyone is in a hurry. Traffic Run! will make you enjoy the commute minus the road rage.
