Pursuit Rampage is a racing/driving game where you get to control high-speed police cars. The game has five different game modes: Career, Chase, Arrest, Infinite, and Speed Bomb. There are more than three dozen levels in Career Mode, and playing it will make the other game modes available for playing. The game features 8 police cars, each with their own stats and costs. Unlockable cars include supercars like Lamborghini Aventador and Bugatti Chiron. While it is generally true that the more expensive the car, the better it is, take note that some cars perform better in some aspects because of the varying stats. Earn money by completing missions and bonus objectives. Gather enough funds and purchase your favorite super police car.

The game uses the familiar driving control where you can control the vehicle using WASD or Arrow Keys. Pressing "H" will sound the horn, and pressing "C" will change the camera view. Note that sounding the horn will usually do nothing to other cars.
