Mermaid Princess Avater Castle is a cute girl game that blends together various gaming genres such as point-and-click adventure, hidden objects, dress-up, and educational games. In this game, a cute mermaid named Angel wants to explore the surface world that she has read about in her books. In order to get the Mermaid Queen's permission to go to the human world, she must first learn the English alphabet as well as the culture and nature of the world, as well as learn how to help others. 

The goal of the game is to explore all seven different mermaid castles in order to find all 26 letters of the English alphabet. You must also help Angel find 7 different human costumes to give her the proper disguise that she will undoubtedly need when going to the human world. Once Angel completes all the tasks, the Queen will give her a map that will allow her to leave the mermaid world and go to the surface unharmed so she can explore the surface to her heart's content.
