Impostor IO is an action arcade multiplayer IO game featuring the beloved Crewmates and Impostors of the sensational game Among Us. In this game, you'll take control of one Impostor, and your goal is to hit everyone and eliminate them to climb your way up the ranks and make it all the way to the leaderboards. Your avatar will follow your mouse cursor, and you can attack in the direction your avatar is facing with the left mouse button. Each player has a set amount of health. Reducing the health to 0 bars will eliminate that impostor and have his supplies scattered on the ground for the victor to collect.

Although the game has similar mechanics to many IO games before it, it features a permanent progression that allows the player to permanently level up their avatar and purchase equipment to make it stronger. The new weapons have increased range so that you can play the next match with a headstart and an edge against the other impostors.
