Funny Fever Hospital is a girl game that combines doctor simulation and dress-up. The game is centered around a schoolgirl, Ruby, battling a unique lung virus. Ruby is very scared and she has big plans for the school cosplay competition. Play the role of a doctor and help the girl by curing her first and she will thank you by inviting you to a dazzling dress-up session. The game is divided into three sessions: General Health, Surgery Operation, and Dress-Up Fashion. 

The general health mode is a check-up and diagnostic phase in which you must check the girl's health to see what the problem is. Start with taking her temperature then go with giving her an X-ray to see the issue. Give her the right medicine and apply the correct amount of anesthesia so you can proceed with the operation without any problem and follow the instructions as you perform the surgery. The instructions won't be given straight, you must solve the various puzzles so you can treat the girl correctly.
