Take on the role of the beautiful Sonia Belmont as you play the series’ first female protagonist in this classic game – Castlevania Legends! Use your whip and defeat Dracula’s minions and get rid of Dracula himself!
Castlevania Legends is the third and final Castlevania entry to the Game Boy handheld console (GB). Released back in 1997, Castlevania Legends features the first ever playable female protagonist of the series. The game begins in the year 1450, when the first Belmont (Sonia) faced Dracula and crossed path with Allucard. The game features a more arcade like mechanic, in which the player begins with three life and dies if all life points are taken. However, instead of a game over screen, the player restarts at the beginning of the level when all three life points are spent.
