Castlevania II – Simon’s Quest is a 1987 action-adventure platformer game released for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). The game is an early example of the Metroidvania sub-genre where Simon Belmon must rid himself of a curse that was laid upon him by Dracula himself. The game takes place seven years after the original battle in the previous game and started when a mysterious apparition told the protagonist that Dracula placed a curse upon him on their last battle. Have fun.
