Captain Novolin is a classic education platformer video game released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) back in 1992. The game features the titular Captain Novolin, a superhero with diabetes. The game was sponsorship of Nova Nordisk, a pharmaceutical company best known for a brand of insulin called Novolin. The game is actually pretty infamous for its weird plot and all-around theme. Game design, however, is pretty decent for a platformer game, that you might just want to check it out.
